20 Best Wuxia & Xianxia Chinese Dramas Of All Time You Need To Watch ASAP

Guys, if you’ve been in the Cdrama-verse for long and you plan to stay here, then there’s no escaping Xianxia and Wuxia dramas.

For the uninitiated, Wuxia dramas deliver a fantastic blend of historical fiction and martial arts, while Xianxia dramas heavily feature elements of mythology, fantasy, and cultivation.

The primary difference between Xianxia and Wuxia dramas is that Xianxia dramas are primarily about advanced martial arts while Xianxia dramas venture into more fantastical and mystical realms.

That’s to say, while Xianxia dramas heavenly incorporate spiritual energy, magical artefacts, and mythical creatures, wuxia dramas typically feature extraordinary martial arts skills without extensive magical elements.
