While the official release date hasn’t been revealed, things are looking very optimistic for the team of Sword and Fairy since reservations for the drama just exceeded 1 million reservations.
This drama follows Li Xiao Yao and Zhao Ling Er who travel all around while looking for a water pearl that will end the perennial drought of the world.

He Yu will play Li Xiao Yao and Yang Yu Tong will play Zhao Ling Er and it’s a remake of the Chinese Paladin.
Other members of the cast of this upcoming omnibus drama include Xu Hao, Li Chuan, Hu Yi Xuan, Lan Xi, and Ye Sheng Jia.

It will be available to watch on Tencent Video and is billed to have 40 45-minute episodes (deals for other OSTs haven’t been announced).
This version is adapted from a game and while the screenwriter is unknown at the moment, Yang Long who directed A Love So Beautiful & Advance Bravely is the director.
