This funny drama literally had me shedding tears out of laughter. I won’t say much more so that I won’t spoil it, but if you’re in the mood for a perfect blend of humor and heartwarming romance, you won’t want to miss this hilarious Cdrama.

Liu Xiao Bei and her family take care of him, renaming him Liu Xiao Yu, and they live together, help the village, and develop feelings for each other. 

Guys, this light-hearted, easy-to-watch Cdrama is everything – I really can’t recommend it more if you love your romance sweet and your comedy over the top. 

3. My Amazing Boyfriend 

In My Amazing Boyfriend, a guy named Xue Ling Qiao, who has superpowers, wakes up from a long sleep after a car accident with a girl named Tian Jing Zhi. 

He decides to live with her, even though she’s not too happy about it, but as they spend time together and playfully annoy each other, they start to like each other. 

And as their relationship grows, they discover a big secret from the past. This funny Chinese drama is based on the novel My Amazing Boyfriend by Shui Qian Mo.

Needless to say, their living arrangement and the sheer chaos of their different personalities were everything my spirit needed – Watch this once for the laughs and the second time for the amazing plotline. 

4. Love O2O

Xiao Nai is a popular guy on campus, skilled in gaming, basketball, academics, and more, and he soon falls in love with Bei Wei Wei, a talented computer science major who is amazing at leading her gaming team. 

Xiao Nai tries to win Wei Wei’s heart both in real life and in the game, and the lovely Chinese drama is about their love and whether it will work out.

Arguably one of the most popular Cdramas released in the past decade, this romantic piece had me smiling like a fool a good number of times. The comedic setups were gold, and you’ll love this if you’re in the mood for a sweet and funny Chinese drama. 

5. Love Like The Galaxy 

Ling Bu Yi is a tough general with a painful past who meets Cheng Shao Shang, a spirited girl whose parents were away at war. 

When her parents return after a long time, they have some difficulties reconnecting, and Shao Shang’s bold and clever nature attracts attention in the capital, including from Ling Bu Yi.

I kept wondering what the rave was all about and by the time I gobbled this wholesome drama up in one sitting, I was a convert. This funny historical Chinese drama made my heart sing, and I have a good feeling you’ll enjoy it as well. 

6. Put Your Head On My Shoulder

A soon-to-graduate accounting student named Situ Mo is unsure about her future because her life has always been planned for her. 

Suddenly, a brilliant physics student named Gu Weiyi enters her life, and they start having conflicts without realizing they are falling for each other. 

Gu Weiyi had this thing he did where he would Google the most asinine things and it was so downright funny and adorable!

7. The Fox’s Summer

Gu Cheng Ze is the CEO of a company, but his grandma wants his cousin, Gu Jin Yu, to take over. 

So, Cheng Ze hires Jin Yu’s ex-girlfriend, Li Yan Shu, to motivate him, and I’m not kidding when I say everything sort of got turned on its head after this. 

Jin Yu falls for Li Yan Shu again, but the grandma gets mad and wants them apart, and this brings Cheng Ze and Li Yan Shu closer together.

Does this sound interesting? You don’t even know half of it. This romantic comedy Chinese drama made me squeal with happiness so many times, and I have a good feeling that you’ll enjoy it too. 

8. Pretty Li Hui Zhen

Li Hui Zhen used to be pretty but lost her looks due to her family’s financial struggles, and when she meets her successful and charming friend, Bai Hao Yu, she’s too embarrassed to face him. 

So, she asks her fashionable roommate, Xia Qiao, to pretend to be her instead. The catch is that Bai Hao Yu is actually Li Hui Zhen’s boss, and she has to keep up the charade while working for him. 

Despite not knowing her true identity, Bai Hao Yu starts to fall for her, and Li Hui Zhen’s supervisor, Lin Yi Mu, also becomes interested in her.

9. Go Princess Go

A playboy named Zhang Peng escapes his ex-girlfriend at a party by jumping into a pool, but after getting kicked in the head, he wakes up a thousand years in the past as the crown princess, Zhang Peng Peng. 

In the past, he struggles between wanting to return to his time and using his new female persona to seduce women in the palace, which leads to very funny situations. 

Go Princess Go is really as hilarious as it sounds, and if you want a funny Chinese drama with perfect comedic timing and chemistry between the cast that will leave you in stitches, then you absolutely don’t want to miss this drama. 

10. Skate Into Love

This sports Chinese drama follows a timid boy named Li Yu Bing and a girl named Tang Xue who used to bully him. 

They both love ice sports and meet again in college, and Li Yu Bing wants revenge but ends up admiring Tang Xue’s courage. 

He helps her rediscover her passion for speed skating, and despite facing challenges, they pursue their dreams together.

11. Unusual Idol Love 

This funny Chinese drama is based on the manhwa Hu Li Zhi Sheng by Guo Si Te, and I can tell you for a fact that it will brighten your day.

Hu Li, a famous idol, finds out he’s actually an AI, and his company wants to destroy him by making it look like he’s depressed and suicidal because of a malfunction. 

To escape, he goes to Ji Nian’s house and starts a wonderful and romantic life with Ji Nian. 

12. My Pig Lady

Wang Man Ling, a simple and modest girl, gets dumped by her boyfriend at her friend’s wedding. 

Determined to marry someone better, she asks her matchmaker friend to set her up on blind dates with wealthy and handsome men.

Fan Jiang Yu, a rich heir, lives extravagantly until his father’s death causes their company stocks to plummet, leaving him almost broke. By chance, Man Ling and Jiang Yu meet, each mistaking the other for someone else. 

Eventually, they clear up the confusion and make a deal: Jiang Yu will teach Man Ling how to act and dress like a rich person in exchange for money.

13. Cinderella Chef

Ye Jia Yao goes back in time to ancient times and becomes the daughter of a magistrate named Ye Jin Xuan. 

She gets kidnapped and taken to Hei Fang Camp, where she meets Xia Chun Yu, the leader of the bandits and former young master of the Jing An Marquis manor. 

To protect herself, she pretends to be engaged to Xia Chun Yu, and with her excellent cooking skills and modern knowledge, she wins the hearts of those around her, including Xia Chun Yu.
